Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
We pack all our orders with care, once an order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.
We offer FREE International Shipping
Most orders arrive within 2 weeks once shipped. This also depends on your location and local post office. If you have not received your order within this time period, please contact us and include your order number. Our amazing 24/7 customer support will be happy to help!
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
Order cancellation
These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL, and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfillment partner, you will need to go through our return process.
Tracking of package
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on your end. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package, it just needs some time for it to update itself.
Please track your packages. Kinder Filter is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is at home to receive it. Once the postal courier delivered your package, we have no control over it.
We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned / confirmed "delivered" by the courier. - But if it ever happens, please contact us, and we will try our best to handle the situation for you!
NOTE: Please check your spam/junk and promotional folder for the shipping email confirmation with tracking. Do contact our support if you do not have it.
Wrong address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
Broken, faulty or damaged item
We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item, please contact us and send us an image/video of the defect within the first 7 days of receiving that item, and we'll work it out with you.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
Since we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. They are on the way.
